Fulfillment Policy

Automaite is committed to providing high-quality lead generation services to our clients. We offer two distinct models for delivering leads: prepaid lead packages and weekly delivery with net 7 payment terms. This Fulfillment Policy outlines our procedures for refunds, cancellations, and general fulfillment to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.

1. Prepaid Lead Packages:

Refund Policy:

- Refunds are available for unused leads within 30 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the quality of leads or wish to discontinue the service, please contact our support team for a refund.

- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of the refund request.

- Leads that have already been delivered and used cannot be refunded.


Cancellation Policy:

- You may cancel your prepaid lead package at any time before the leads are delivered. Please contact our support team to process the cancellation.

- If the leads have already been delivered, the cancellation policy for unused leads applies as stated in the refund policy.

2. Weekly Delivery with Net 7 Payment Terms:

Refund Policy:

- Due to the nature of the service, refunds are not applicable for leads delivered under the weekly delivery model. However, we are committed to ensuring lead quality. If there are any issues with the leads provided, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery to address the issue.

- We will review each case individually and may provide replacements or adjustments as deemed appropriate.

Cancellation Policy:

- Clients may terminate the weekly delivery service with a 14-day written notice. This allows us to cease lead generation activities and manage our resources effectively.

- Any leads delivered prior to the termination date will be invoiced as per the agreed terms.

- In cases of defective leads or discrepancies in the delivered leads, we will work closely with our clients to resolve the issue through replacements or adjustments. Our goal is to maintain a high standard of lead quality and client satisfaction.
